YouTime is Wunderman Global's HR initiative for harboring professional and personal growth in the workplace. It's a refreshing approach to employee reviews that encourages open and honest one-on-one time with your manager

The ask was to rethink this year's branding and collateral, while still maintaining the sentiments that YouTime stands for: building real relationships, cultivating a culture of honesty and demonstrating a willingness to listen to critique and discuss solutions.

Using the concept "Conversations That Matter," YouTime 2018 was successfully launched across 200 offices in 70 markets, benefiting more than 9,000 employees worldwide.

 
 
 
 

The announcement video launched the refresh in a fun and informative way that spoke to all employees across the Wunderman network. Our approach consisted of bright colors and bold typography, leveraging photos and video footage from our offices around the world, and incorporating memes and other identifiable pop culture references.

Graphic posters were displayed across office digital boards throughout the network to remind everyone to schedule their YouTime conversations.  

 
 
 
 

The discussion guide acted as the jumping-off point for honest discussions between employees and managers about personal interests and aspirations, career planning, goal setting, feedback and actionable items.

The quick guide cards were condensed versions of the discussion guide, meant to serve as "cheat-sheets" during actual YouTime conversations between managers and employees.
